Dash (born 1971) is a contemporary American artist whose impact on traditional graffiti made him stand out as one of New York City’s premiere stylists.

In a departure from graffiti’s canon, his studio practise uses an interplay of gesture, movement and deconstructed form to create expressionistic abstract paintings.

He first exhibited in 1989 on Miami Beach with Altamira Gallery’s “Urban Scrawl: A celebration of Aerosol Art”, a group show curated by the esteemed Bonnie Clearwater. He has since exhibited in solo and group shows internationally.
